Who we are

What we collect
When you reserve a spot, we store what you enter in the form: your email address, your number of orders per month and what takes up most of your time. We also store the plan you picked in the price calculator: order estimate, add-ons, estimated price and setup type.
We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't store personal data such as your IP address. We see totals, like how many people visited a page or clicked a button.
Why we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your spot and the launch of SellerShift, and to prepare your setup. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and the steps we take at your request before you become a customer. We don't sell your data and don't send newsletters you didn't ask for.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and stores the form submissions.
- Umami provides the cookie-free visit statistics.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU. Where that's the case, they work under the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation until you become a customer or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@sellershift.app. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking cookies. To show you the launch reminder only once, it stores a small note in your browser's local storage. That note never leaves your device.
